Bee Pahnke is a Creative Director
and DEIR advocate.

Bee Pahnke cut her teeth in branding, working closely with clients on everything from their brand values and tones of voice, to their websites, apps and packaging. She helped clients use language to build and change brand cultures, earning her the title Head of Voice.

That experience gave her a unique perspective in the advertising world. As a Global Creative Director, she’s helped clients connect to audiences in different markets with ideas that cross borders. Like using dance and music to tell the story of chocolate, or finding the human story in wildlife projects.

As a proudly queer woman, she’s worked with some of the biggest LGBTQ+ organisations, like Pride in London and Lesbian Visibility Week. Bee champions the importance, opportunity and power of DEIR for brands and audiences.

Bee has spoken on international stages, judged some of the industry’s biggest awards and written articles for major industry publications. She’s been recognised with awards from the likes of Creative Equals, Campaign and AdWeek.
